Knowledge that the vehicle is repaired correctly. Patience and persistence in diagnosing/repairing the problem that at first is not apparent. I have confidence in the operation of my vehicle. I would drive it anywhere at any distance.

The cheerfulness of your offering of transportation to my house from the service place, it eliminates the worry of arranging need transportation when auto repairs are needed.

I liked the explanations of the needed car repairs and the detailed computer print-outs. I like the security of having trust in the quality of auto work by the certified mechanics. Since I have had your services I have had no problems with car breakdowns and I feel safer with driving my car.

I have a Nissan Maxima that had a diagnostic problem. I had multiple service shops turn me down because they lacked the capability to deal with the problem. TMT not only did the work, but they did it better than the Nissan dealership I had previously gone.

I appreciate the explanation of every issue and advice (priority list) that I get after every visit. Both before and after the work is done. I appreciate the quality work done in a very quick time frame.

I wanted to thank you so much for the amazing job you did with our car, especially in such a short amount of time! I appreciate your outstanding customer service and willingness to do the best job possible. I can tell a huge difference in just driving to school tonight! It makes me feel so much more comfortable about leaving for our vacation as well as doing the normal driving I do every day with our little 1 year old with me.
